In our workshop, even iconic Elan skis received a chocolate coating, and we also created a genuine chocolate roulette. He was only learning from the best chefs in our area, including Mateja\u2019s restaurant. They\u2019ve been working together for 5 years, just before the young guy decided to take over his father\u2019s business. The team of the Tabor restaurant was the driving force behind Maks in his beginnings in the chocolate atelier and his first regular customer of pralines. Maks, Mateja and her team collaborate on various projects, combining new culinary flavors and creating experiences for guests from all over the world.
